General Policies & Event Details
Our event hours are typically from noon to 11:00PM. This allows for plenty of time for set-up and break down. However, if you need additional time, we can work with you.
We furnish all tables, chairs, lighting, tents, dance floors and can provide linens if the caterer does not. Outside caterers are allowed with a kitchen fee and proof of insurance.
We do provide liability insurance but you must provide event liability insurance for your and our protection and is most reasonable. theeventhelper.com is a great choice and starts at about $40. We encourage you to provide your own alcohol or it can be arranged through one of our recommended caterers. We will provide a bartender. An alcohol waiver must be signed prior to the event insuring no liability will fall on the Villa or its owners and guaranteeing that a responsible person can be contacted in case of an alcohol related problem or if someone needs a ride home.
A day-of coordinator is essential. We can provide one or you can use your own but this role is critical in making sure the event gets set up efficiently and runs smoothly. They will also coordinate the rehearsal (typically the day before) if you have one.
If you elect to not have a tent we can get an emergency tent with a day or so notice and we monitor the weather closely prior to non-tented events. The house will accommodate over 100 guests and the house and whole facility is yours for the day.
The bride and groom suites. The ladies bridal party can take advantage of the Master Suite and entire second floor to relax and get ready. The gentlemen will be across the courtyard (out of sight!) in their own apartment (man cave) above the Carriage House complete with kitchen and bathroom.
We provide garbage disposal and paper products for the bathrooms and have staff monitoring the grounds and house throughout the event.
Our rates vary according to the season, day of the week, and time required. Short events can start as low as $500. We occasionally offer last minute booking discounts if available and offer great summer rates.
